Prayer for Single Parents

Dear Lord, Please grant me:
❦ TIME - enough to do all the chores, join in the games, help with the lessons, and say the night prayers, and still have a few moments left over for me.
❦ ENERGY - enough to be bread-baker and breadwinner, knee-patcher and peacemaker, ballplayer and bill juggler.
❦ HANDS - enough to wipe away the tears, to reach out when I'm needed, to hug and to hold, to tickle and touch.
❦ HEART- enough to share and to care, to listen and to understand, and to make a loving home for my family.
Lord, thank you for being there for me in my dark days, thank you for forgiving me and helping to heal the wounds, hurt and pain. Thank you for wiping away my tears and tucking me in close to your heart. I receive your Holy-Spirit to guide me and to Help me. Jesus, I believe that your word say's you will be close to the broken and crushed in Spirit. Thank you Lord for mending my brokeness and help me not to fall in sin. Please keep open your right path and lead me beside quiet still waters. Help me to please you my Lord all days of my life. Thank you for your protection. Keep me humble. Please do not remember my past mistakes but help me to be stronger in the word of God and Keep me each day. Let me be a lamp that shines your presence to everyone who needs it. Use me Lord and let me be your beloved. Thank you Lord for listening to my humble prayer. I love you Jesus. Help me do your will. May your perfect plan and will perfect my life. Be the guiding light of my family. Thank you Jesus. Amen. ❣
